I can never skip deviled eggs on the menu. They’re a must-have dish for me and my Mom. I’m glad to say that many restaurants and cafes have added deviled eggs to their menus, giving me more opportunities to try them out.

If you plan to cook them at home, deviled eggs can be somewhat complicated. However, I like them even more a simple form.

I’ve loved this dish for years, but I have never tried it at home. Then, recently, I visited a friend of mine, who had super-tasty deviled eggs ready for me for a lunch. They were so yummy that I ended up asking her how she made them. And guess what? The recipe was so simple that anybody can follow it, to make delicious deviled eggs.

I’m not a cooking expert myself, but I tried the recipe she gave me and I was so proud to see, and of course to eat, my deviled eggs.

If only I knew it earlier that deviled eggs are so easy to make, I wouldn’t have visited restaurants so often in search of them. Well, I’m glad I know it now.

Before I share this super-easy deviled eggs recipe with you, here is a tip you need to keep in mind, before starting with the cooking process: the key to making super-tasty deviled eggs, is to boil the eggs perfectly - don’t half boil or over boil.

This oatmeal is the perfect, ultra-nutritious breakfast you have been looking for! It can be prepared within 30 minutes.

I’ve been regularly eating this wholesome breakfast for a week now - let me tell you, it’s such a fill-you-up food that keeps you energized! It will keep you satisfied until lunchtime, and you won’t feel the need for any snacking in between.

Oatmeal contains a high content of manganese, phosphorus, magnesium, iron & zinc - all the minerals your body needs to stay fit & healthy. It is also rich in antioxidants & has anti-inflammatory properties. Because oatmeal has a large amount of soluble fiber, it also helps improve digestion too. Lastly, oatmeal is very beneficial for people, who are trying to lose weight, because it’s a food that makes you feel full, and has lower calories. All the health-boosting benefits of oatmeal make it a perfect meal to start your day with.

One important thing that I’d like to mention here is that you want to buy the best-quality oatmeal available, because it really does affect the flavor of the final product.

Tip: When you have leftover oatmeal, make pancakes or waffles with it. That’s what I usually do. Add some milk, an egg, a pinch of baking soda & the leftover oatmeal. Mix up the batter, and dollop on a griddle, or into a waffle iron. And there you go! You’ve recycled one delicious breakfast into another.

The month of the year I cannot wait for the most is March. When I enter the store and see beautiful, bright green asparagus displayed - I think to myself, “Like, YES! My favorite spring vegetable is back!”

As soon as it’s here, I fill my menu with easy asparagus dishes, like asparagus salads, baked lemon chicken with asparagus, asparagus tart, and, of course, this delicious cannabis-infused asparagus-dill soup.

This simple & tasty soup will be ready in about 30 minutes, and is a perfect light meal to enjoy, on a lovely, spring day. You can also make it purely vegetarian, by using vegetable broth, instead of chicken broth.

This velvety, creamy soup is made without cream, but some cannabis instead. For this soup, I infuse olive oil with Sativa strains. These strains, in general, uplift your mood. I know a lot of people, who are getting relief from their depression, using good sativa strains like Jack Herer.

Nowadays, people are prioritizing healthier eating choices, over processed food, and this change is surely a positive one. This is the perfect time to make healthy changes in our eating habits.

It’s been a few weeks since I’ve taken my diet seriously. I have partially switched to a healthier, natural, low-calorie meal plan, and I’m consciously eating more veggies than meat. And let me tell you, I’m loving it!

This salad is an important part of my new healthy diet, as I have it for lunch almost every day. This salad is a filling & wholesome meal - one which you won’t find yourself munching on snacks after eating. It will keep your body running until supper, or dinner. It is rich in vitamins & antioxidants - yet another bonus.

The thing I love the most about this salad is that it’s super versatile. You can add parsley, red onions, tomatoes, chickpeas, cucumber, or literally all your favorite veggies to it. If you are a meat lover, you can add chicken or shrimp too.

Poke-&-Pot-Recipe pinit E easy

“Poke” is a Hawaiian word, which means “cut in pieces”, and this dish consists of small bites of marinated fish, served with veggies, herbs, fruit and rice.

It’s a light, refreshing & healthy meal, which is super easy to make, and can be customized, according to taste. It can be thought of as the Hawaiian version of a burrito bowl – a one pot meal, loaded with your favorite ingredients.

I infuse the poke using sesame oil, or sometimes coconut oil. A lot of people prefer coconut oil, or other types of cooking oil, but I personally love the taste the sesame oil adds to the food. It’s my first choice, not only for this particular dish, but also other dishes like hummus, etc.

Make sure the fish you buy is uber-fresh, and of the best quality available. When preparing the poke, sometimes the mix of flavors completely disguises the taste of cannabis. So, if you want to keep its taste in your food, just drizzle a few drops of the infused oil on the top of the dish, before serving.

Digging into this sweet, summer delight gives me unexplainable satisfaction. If you have a soft spot for ice-cream sundaes, you will know exactly what I mean. The classic combo of vanilla and banana, topped with chocolate syrup and toasted coconut is too die for!

The flavor of banana pureed in the cold, creamy texture of ice-cream, along with the delightful flavor of chocolate - you’re going to absolutely love this!

Insanely delicious ice-cream sundaes are a perfect cannabis-infused dessert to serve to guests, when the summer heat kicks in. I made it for the first time, about 3 years back. After the very first time, I was sure I wanted to make it over and over again. After all, who doesn’t love a bowl full of creamy, fruity happiness?

Another great thing about this super-yummy sundae is that it can be made better & better. I’m talking about toppings here! You can add roasted fruits, Irish caramel, fruity pebbles, strawberry or blueberry sauce - and the list goes on - to devise your own vegan banana sundae sensation. I like them in their simple form, so I only top with chocolate syrup & sprinkle it with toasted coconut, but you can elaborate any way you like.

I really wanted to take vegetables outside the realm of salads & sandwiches, and showcase them in savoury tarts and pies. After much brainstorming, I came up with this super-easy & super-tasty recipe, which I’m super-proud of!

I’ve made this twice, and it turned out amazingly delicious & beautiful both times. This infused vegetable tart is also perfect leftover for lunch or dinner. Just bake it up with shredded cheese, some herbs and roasted peppers, and there you go - a delish dish!

I love making medicated magic of my own, and keep experimenting with infused dishes. I’ve recently learned how to use canna-oil in a number of dishes. I love how you can make incredibly impressive dishes using cannabis oil - be it a fill-it-up meal or a light evening snack.

I usually infuse the oil for this recipe with indica strains for this vegetable tart. It’s an old favorite and I’ve started using indicas more frequently these days. They're very relaxing, give a pretty good, euphoric high, and usually taste good too! The best thing about them? They treat your insomnia. So, for all the people like me who suffer from sleep disorders, indicas work great!

Madrasi food is fun - and cooking Madrasi food is even more fun! I’ve recently discovered my love for Madrasi food. For those who don’t know, Madras is India’s 5th largest city, and is quite known for its unique dishes.

Who else loves dry fruits? Such a silly question though. I mean, who doesn’t like dry fruits?

Before I begin with my today’s recipe, many of you may not know some of the nuts we think of as nuts, are actually dried fruits! Let me tell you that I’m a crazy dry fruit lover, and love trying dishes that include nuts & almonds, etc. Although consuming too much dry fruits give me pimples occasionally, I still can’t stop.

Another thing I’d like to mention here is that, in addition to great taste, nuts are also extremely nutritious. They have various health benefits, which most people don’t know about. They contain proteins, vitamins, dietary fibers, and minerals like iron, zinc, calcium, magnesium - all that help keep your body’s nutrients balanced.

Walnuts, in particular, are extremely beneficial for people with blood pressure issues, as they contain L- arginine - an amino acid - which relaxes & eases the blood vessels, and allows the blood to flow freely. This reduces the stress on the circulatory system & decreases blood pressure.

Fiber present in nuts also reduces the release of hunger hormone, preventing us from overeating. In this way, it also helps with weight loss. In love with walnuts? Well, you should be!

Now that I’ve listed down all the reasons why I love dried fruits, let’s get back to the recipe. Here, I’ll be sharing one of my favorite Madrasi dishes with you. It’s basically called Madras nuts, and they are super tasty!

Summer’s here, and so are my cravings for mushroom dishes! If you’re someone who loves getting in the kitchen and trying new recipes, you’re in the right place.

I’ll be sharing the recipe of my favorite mushroom dish with you all. This stuffed mushroom dish. topped with mozzarella, tomato & fresh basil is very easy to cook, and can be baked before or after adding the toppings. However, I like the idea of raw ingredients and roasted mushrooms here more.
